I thought that "no frills" jibe would rile you up
They are not selling 100% of their product through tmall, so they won't need to double volume for same profit. Still have main volumes sold through Oz. Also, I don't agree that prices will be halved that quickly on tmall. That may happen over the long term (3-5 years). But would be interested in your sensitivity analysis showing % of sales through tmall and Oz as price points change. Current average margins from incremental IF sales from china & Oz appear to be between 55-59% (prior to price increase) based on last 2 updates. Cheers.
