It will be slow moving but the signal is there. Instos accumulating. But they would not want to push the price up too quickly. If a large amount of shares need to be accumulated it needs to be at the best average possible. So there will be spurts...then relaxing...So not expecting fireworks...today. But let's see how this unfolds. Very, very exciting.
