cows need to be organic for 3 years to be certified organic so I hear. Supply ramp up will be tediously slow. A simple gene test can locate suitable a2 cows. I agree on paper BAL looks better at present. Looking forward 2 years I think A2M will dominate. This is without taking into account A2Ms IP niche market which BAL cannot cater to.
