No. Graph shows it's trading upward in band. Will break above $1.90 some stage and hang around in a higher band most likely, or trend upwards towards Ann.
If one considers hitting the ceiling of a band "Tanking" then I call that Chicken Little/Sky is falling/ Alarmist.
