It all depends on your personal situation. Do you need to lock in the profit? Are you happy to wait for the company to develop further? What's your tax situation going to be? There's a multitude of options.
I'm looking at cashing in at the next large rise in SP simply because it suits my situation.
Having said that, I will hopefully be able to buy back in at some stage simply because I believe this is a good company with a long way to run.
