More Hokey rubbish. The fact is A2 has nearly 10% of the fresh milk market in Australia hardly "niche" 10% in the US and Britain will make A2 A A multi billion company. wrong wrong wrong again.
There is no substantial clinical research conducted by the A2 and supervised and published by the Shanghai University and the Chinese nutritional institution that proves A1 milk creates bloating and gastrointestinal upset. A current trial of 600 Chinese consumers using both A2 and A1 milk is about to be published.
