But that's what I'm saying ... it pretty much is the same announcement. I expect it will just be a confirmation of the Dec forecast with maybe a few small gains. I'm not expecting much difference given the forecast will only be 2 months old.
So my question to everyone expecting a massive increase on Feb 17 is why would the SP jump so much on confirmation of information that will be 2 months old? The market already knows this information. Why would there be such a dramatic rise? IMO increase yes but small gains.
But that's what I'm saying ... it pretty much is the same...
