Can I just say that everyone is right to an extent?
Hokey is a trader so obviously he/she doesn't care about long term potential. He cares about charts and makes money off those. He's right in that short term, this baby will be manipulated.
Kuros and co is long term players so their strategy is to ride out the waves and look beyond the short term gains so again, they are right in their long term view given the fantastic results and the upcoming China baby boom.
For me, I have seen first hand how much new Chinese parents are willing to pay for premium formula and that the untapped middle class will really show their buying power in the coming years.
I think all the debate we're having means little in 12 months time. Even if you could at $2.3, you should hold and be rewarded in 12 months time.
Just hold and you will win. The constant stream of good news from A2M made this very, very clear. What more can the company do to convince you?
