Updated my social media tracking spreadsheet today, has been neglected.
These numbers start 06/01/2016:
Facebook followers up 62% to 113,340, Instagram up 164% to 8555. Great indication of consumer engagement with the brand.

A2 do not value social media highly, and have a basic 'off the shelf' strategy, confused a little more by having four Facebook pages & three Instagram handles. The result is low engagement via social media and basically no growth in followers on social over the last 11 months. They spend more money on billboards and TV, which if fine as milk has a much broader target market than IF and baby food.
