Just a question regarding P/E and fair value:
How do we determine fair value with high PE ratio's? A2 is better value now than what it was last year at $1.62 because of the better earnings reports... So how do we objectively measure fair value?
If earnings exceed expectations this month or next and in time it returns to $1.62...it stands to reason that it would be even better value.
Just a question, as nailing down what SP should be seems so unpredictable.
Thoughts would be appreciated.
