Everything you mentioned except for potential acquisitions is funded out of existing revenue. Their cash hoard isn't being used for marketing or anything else. I'm not even suggesting they touch it, just add to it more slowly. CSL is a suitable model.
Unless they have an acquisition target in mind I can't see a use any time near or far.
