Maybe. But we've done well the last couple of years after the Feb announcement and I'm expecting the forward PE to current share price to drop below 30 post announcement. I think people always underestimate the impact of the PE ratio on people's sentiments.
With further earnings growth expected this should provide fertile ground for another trend up towards $17 and possibly a little beyond imho.
