When politics involved no-one give a toss about job losses or consumers or anybody else or whatever. Of cause you are free to imagine many things but it's not how it works in the real world. But I won't go there.
Btw, a2 has never had 5% market share overall in China. The 5% market share that was mentioned was in relation to Kantar Infant Formula market tracking of Tier 1and Key A cities only. This is far from overall market. Their share is just above 2% or below 1% depending on who to believe. Their share is still insignificant to compare to big players. But they were catching up fast until recently.
