You need to understand how sampling works in a market research—assuming that it is done properly. The data is not representative of just the market share in Tier 1 cities in China, but the whole of China. This is because a disproportionately high number of A2 customers live in tier 1 cities. You need to educate yourself how sampling works. Hint: "sample".
