Prices will not increase supply will. It's easy to find stories of local companies looking to cash in on the demand, building new plants etc. Also there are bigger players UK/European, US etc they all will want to be part of the action. Milk supply is readily available in fact there is an over supply of it globally and if manufacturing infant formula is as simple as building a drier supply is easily addressed.
