Considering this is the lowest rsi since last August it deffinetly is oversold. Each stock is different. Yes theoretically an rsi of 30 would indicate oversold however things are different for different stocks. You can't say a stock that had a pe of 50 is overvalued just because the average market pe is 15. That is essentially what you are doing. Considering the growth this company is experiencing, an rsi of 45 (hit 2 days ago) is most deffinetly oversold.
