Yaodaxia, the $54mil EBITDA is for ANZ and China region excluding UK/US and other region. The group operating $33 to $37 mil EBITDA forecast by the company is including the lost/ capital expenditure to expand to other region (US/UK). I had explained in my preivous post I have excluded that, because they are still in early stage and management can pull the plug if doesn't work out.
