If USA is down again tonight it's very likely we'll have shorts drive the price down again [if they're still around]. My feeling is the market is getting used to oil being around here and everyone will stop panicking soon. The free fall in price was the problem. $40, $30, $26.... but if crude shows stability then everyone else will start gaining confidence knowing that oil has an upside.
