Yes could get ugly if does not meet profit target. However considering some of the following points I believe that the chance of meeting target is quite high.
1) The product is in heavy demand (can sell double the price)
2) FTA
3) 2 Child Policy
4) Difficult to buy
5) Daigou sale consistent and increasing
6) China navy buying it
7) Hotels are stocked with milk powders also
8) Limit from HK to China on how many tins you can carry
9) Limits on supermarkets
10) Empty Shelves - supermarkets and chemist
11) Warehouses filled with milk powders bound for china
12) My personal sales increasing over time
