my research is my research.. as you said earlier, fine print is there.. not sure how it's misleading

As A2M's own statements point out about insufficient evidence.. i would think some posters agree that there's insufficient evidence to conclusively say that A2 protein is good for you, or gentle on stomach, etc.

It's about sufficiency and insufficiency of evidence from both sides.

Judge will look at both sides and probably go through the thought process: Is there sufficient evidence of A2M science currently? (eg: 25 or 600 people trial?)
Other side of science would argue that it's inconclusive.. it's insufficient evidence as it's not as clear.

Smoking causes cancer: That's conclusive. Almost all can put their hands on their heart and say Yes.
Benefits of A2 protein: Conclusive? Sufficient evidence to back it up? Can almost everyone put their hands on their heart and say Yes? 2009 Eu Research vs self funded research is one example.

Think it from a legal standpoint.
