I am not cross promoting anything. I think the whole market is in trouble due to this Star Entertainment collapse. As in 2019, there has to be a reason for a takeover or merger. Loss of confidence in a market due to a collapse be it Dean Foods, A2M's former suitor or Star or airlines or anything else, recreates the need for takeovers or mergers as sholders get scared and fearful of the risks.
A2M will be in a lot of trouble if collapses start happening on the ASX as a result of Star Entertainment collapsing.
A2M's listing on the ASX always sat badly with me. IMHO A2M would be better just staying on the NZX and closing itself off the ASX but then these superannuation funds that have been keeping it afloat closing out their positions and averaging down probably would not like that.
Magic milk make believe might get adversely affected by a Star Entertainment collapse and contagion loss of sentiment across the ASX more generally.
