Great comments, has anyone done any research on too much soy for a baby boy? I read somewhere that soy is good for women and has oestrogen benefits but could not find anything about males drinking soy milk.
When I go to woolies, I always prefer the 1L chocolate soy milk that is on special because of its great taste compared to normal milk
If your relos run out of milk, there is a nice vitamin called Caltrate made by pfizer. As I am really old, I take those daily. You could get them to try that as it is recommended by doctors for calcium deficiency. It might work out to be cheaper to send to them and more efficient & effective than sending bulky milk
