Honestly, I don't think there is such thing as overprice. This is market price given and agreed from both buy and sell sides, which is also a true reflection of the value of this company at this time.
I used to think our property market is overpriced, but both buy and sell sides disagree with it, prices continue to increase. Well, similar but not too similar.
