I think perhaps the big difference from a longies point of view, can't speak to the short technical stuff, is the IP and patents.

Any old dairy company can start producing organic milk and infant formula, just takes conversion capital, and to be fair, the lead in time required, well, and some bloke to sign an organic certificate.

In the next couple of years many existing dairy companies may and probably will have an organic option on the supermarket shelves.

Per previous post, only one company has a2 IP and patents, and if there are 20 dairy companies competing for a share of organic supermarket shelf space, there will be only one company occupying the entire a2 space.
