Proof about whether a1 is detrimental to your health or a2 is beneficial to your health is a red herring. What needs to be proved is: What was the purpose behind Lions labeling and what did they intend to achieve by it? The burden of proof rests on Lion to prove that their labeling was not an attempt to trade on the success of the a2 brand and that its labeling did not purposefully set out to misled the public into thinking that it ONLY contained a2 protein milk, in order to increase their dwindling market share.
