Your barking up the wrong tree Hokey. Nothing to do with the science. A2mc does not and won't be required to prove it. This is a brand issue around misleading labeling. If Lion was not deliberately setting out to mislead the public then why didn't they put "Naturally contains A1 and A2 protein in the same lettering. Refer to my earlier email.
About bias findings, of course a2mc needed to fund these otherwise it was never going to happen by itself. All of these findings have been peer reviewed in scientific journals independent of any funding by a2mc.
