People here say in twenty years we will all drink a2 milk well who knows I know il keep drinking it not for health benefits purely for quality

I run 8 kms an swim 3 km eat a very low fat diet to keep healthy I have no allergys because of that drinking milk won't help me one iota

The ice cream my kids love it I have it rarely but it's very tasty

I know we as a family never used IF so can't speak how good it is at this stage the chinese are happy to pay a premium
