A2 has already captured 10% of the fresh milk market in Oz. We are classed as a specialty milk category. If A2 was to eventually capture the same 10% of the specialty US milk market it would be more than 10 times what they sell in Australia. Or in simpler terms, more than all the total combined milk sales in Australia.

The IF market in the USA is not that big in comparison to China IF sales. I remember reading a while back that total IF sales in China are many multiples of sales in the USA. China has a higher per capita rate of mothers who choose IF over their American mothers and they have nearly 4 times the population of the USA.

So to answer your question there is a market for IF in the USA but it would be a hard fought to take market share form existing players. Much better to spend their marketing dollars in fresh milk and other new products than IF for the US market and spend the big marketing $$$ for IF in the much bigger Chinese and emerging markets.
