I agree - In fact I posted the same views back in Feb 18 when the price was $11 and everyone on the forum was so positive that the SP was only going higer https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/31292980/single
So I am actually surprised that you have not received much of pushback on the post, I find it quiet fascinating as to what a few months of ranging in SP does to peoples sentiment.
