Your point is valid and explains why after the last run after great news we went from 22c to 7c. The market didn’t like to wait and add to that (ex) directors were selling. Many thought that was because it was going to 0.

But right now we are weeks away from commercialisation and maybe months away from huge partners. Validation. Revenue. It changes everything.

This stock hasn’t been marketed yet as pure focus has been just to get the tech ready. I expect that to change.

The person you mention today maybe has 6% of the register and after a CR maybe 4%. It’ll only take a few big solid volume days and I suspect he’ll be out completely.
