Agree with you that with the growing use of electronic gadgets and media there is now less demand for paper, which is why the business environment has been difficult for paper industry for several years now. Although PaperlinX have been trying to diversify into other related businesses to offset decline in paper revenue, it's just that they have always been behind the eight ball when it comes to grappling with industry dynamics and competition.
