Part of the process was to negotiate with proposals.

I have no doubt the VA would have discussed making a better proposal.

But the reality is unless GXY picks it up for a song, then A40 is a burden we could well do without.

Lets be honest Bald Hill would be kept in C&M and would also need further plant upgrades. It would be burning cash at a time when GXY should preserving.

Also keep in mind folks its in KM as the VA interests to drag this out as long as possible hence request an extension.

Im thinking the other proposal will end up breaking A40 up, liquidating the assets and tenements etc
