Couldn't work it out why some A40 shareholders are jumping for joy with the latest development.
Who knows, come Jan. another vulture will turn up and buy the debt for the 3rd time if the Cayman doca is not approved, merry go round again and KM will be the only one smiling picking up more juices along the way- what a feast for them munching on the carcass.
In any case, for A40 holders, nothing has changed - just a different guy who operate the gillotine.
