What I am trying to point out is a fact that regardless what the mining operation costs are at present time, the end result should be the profit margin ( including all expenses), which is how market will view each company after 12/24 months of operations.
So far A40 managed to get into cashflow without burden of paying 19 M in interest loan repayment a year.
I hope MC and team will continue to expand without huge dilution and huge high interest loans, as they done so far.
Depending on individual different investment strategy, my personal view is that A40 shareholders will follow the same path as PLS: short term pain - long term gain.
Atlas is a prime example what happened to a company exposed to high loans in declining commodity prices.
