If you check December 2018 Quarterly, they said:

" Negotiations for remaining of 50%  of long term production expected to be substantively completed during March 2019 quarter"

We are still 2 weeks away from June quarter but everything is possible.

Keep in mind that most posts are speculations only just to sum up current situation but things can change at any time and I rather be prepared for worst than hope for better.

Being holding PLS since 2015 was a good example how shares can go from 0.70 to 0.32 within a year and than run to $1.20 within few months.
