Like I said...I am hopeful too but it has been in theory for 5 months now. This needs to become real and more importantly need to ship to these "non chinese parties". MOU needs to lead to shipments not a non binding promise to take shipment in 2020!. Anyway, this may be just me getting frustrated but hopeful. Next couple of weeks is almost up. Lets hope there are some announcements coming soon.
