    What do you call an offtake deal where the price received for spodumene delivered is tied to the price received for the converted product and ownership of mine and converter remain unchanged? A joint venture.
    The Chinese State wants spodumene pricing tied to the converted product pricing. Is the Party doing this as an act of kindness to Australian producers? In the future, will all spodumene offtake deals be called joint ventures?
    Lots of questions to be asked of management IMHO
