Do you think A40 management can MAKE the likes of LG CHEM TOYOTA hurry up and sign on the bottom line? I think in hindsight mark anticipated it would be all done and dusted by end of March quarter but these big elephants march to their own drum beat and will sign when they are ready not when nervous nelly a40 shareholders want.
