Wall St is definitely having an effect on us and almost all other stocks, currently, but as EV's and Storage gain more traction in the next 12-24 months, regardless what Wall st will do, the Battery Minerals Producers will slowly diverge and be valued on real demand metrics and on how much profit they ARE generating and what kind of Dividend they will be paying, so EPS will play a very important part in the next couple of years and certain Battery Mineral stock will rerate and be valued accordingly.

The safety buffer, in case Wall Street has many more Red periods or not, for Co's such as A40 is that we will be already at steady state production -- most likely no or minimal debt - and very close to or already paying a dividend -- so say there is some sort of big Wall Street downturn Cos' such as A40 will benefit strongly as investors will sell out of explores and invest in dividend-paying producers, and on the other hand if Wall Street is going well, that will allow Co's like A4 to keep aiming for expansion as investments should be readily available.

Being amongst the first into production with the smallest amount of debt is what makes TAW a stand out investment, and as soon as the merger is completed, then the only weak point - being a joint venture - will no longer be an issue to hold us back.

Having an above average quality Li deposit with enormous upside potential and located in an area with very little exposure to extreme weather events when compared to, for example to the Pilgangoora Region, is a very nice bonus.

The above is more for LT investment view...but ST I have the agree with Cpt J. -- low .20's after the merger is highly unlikely unless some major, unforeseen issue pops up that will halt production.
