Hi maurice@demo, there's no doubt, any wall street correction will negatively affect short-term general market sentiments and will affect all sectors, irregardless of fundamentals of any country/sector/companies. When the giant sneeze, everyone will catch a cold. At times like this, market is very volatile and 10-15% correction/rally is becoming common. So we have to be very clear of our own personality & situation and carefully choose our paths ahead - either be a long-term investor that can/will hold through correction or be a good trader who will hone our skills in market timing and ride the trend. My only worry are people who has trader characteristics (ie. cannot/unwilling to hold long term, focus on price-action only) but not nimble/discipline enough to cut loss/protect capital when the times call for it. They will end up being long-term holders not by choice.
