Nothing wrong with taking the p1ss, it is what it is. Rimas has very generous options issued to him, sells his heads to fund the conversions and it's a rinse and repeat every year - it's taking the p1ss. I'm not making any accusations, it's fact. The generous options being issued are being funded by him selling his shares - at no time has Rimas dipped into his own funds (annual cash salary of $432k) to convert those generous options. No big deal though, just pointing it out in comparison to FYI board & directors.
