Well, someone worked it down nicely to pick up their 39.3m shares at a discount. There aren't that many holders that have that number to sell. Guessing - it could be Regal deciding they don't like the macro outlook and are changing their risk profile. There are also 40m options due end of July, but not for Seckhold and he's the only insider with that many heads (I think).

Ok so A4N are not so much a HPA player? Though I disagree with your other post on the market dynamics. I think the energy intensity of the Bayer processes are only going to accelerate the need for new sustainably supply giving energy prices do not look like easing in the short to mid and the market will want to insulate itself from future shocks.
