and I couldn't believe my eyes this morning. FYI won't be giving up 50% of their project, but 65%. They get to keep just 35%. That should help explain to you guys why FYI's mc is not likely to reach A4N's. A4N will likely keep much more than 50%, I expect more than 75%.
Forget about this crap about A4N as a sell and think about whether FYI is now a sell.
