The scale point in regards to HPA is still probably being tested at A4N as they're producing HPA at roughly 3kg/hour and are yet to receive a significant offtake order. They've done a great job tapping into the government money but that money is still contingent on customer offtakes which no new HPA producer has secured yet. Customers will no longer have to worry about the financing of the project so as long as the consistency of the product is there then an offtake is likely to be entered once product qualification is completed.
