NTA was determined back in Feb/Mar. Both land and cattle prices have improved since then so no doubt the NTA is probably a little higher also. Hopefully calving is going well to boost cattle numbers also. You are wrong that Land value dwarfs cattle value. Land value is probably about double that of the cattle.
Two things that determine share price:
1) Underlying net value of assets
2) Future profit potential.
If 2) not looking good, then it undermines the value of 1). This has been AAC's problem, but I think with current cattle prices they are running out of excuses to not make some decent coin.
