Well... it's up 300% on 2002 levels if we're just picking any old date.
Re 2007 though, quite a few agri/property companies with similar gearing levels didn't survive the GFC, so at least it made it through, and the NTA is now back to those levels.
I didn't own it until much more recently, as the opportunity is in the future.
