Agree but replying to the opening post regarding 2007. They clearly didn't do enough drought proofing in the period you mention either. Livingstone blew up a lot of money! The fed gov cost heaps with the live trade debacle in 2011, it took 8-9 years for proper price recovery imo. But there's always an excuse for them! That's got to stop.
The way forward is better business performance which includes all points we mention and then the share price will move to nta and beyond.
