Hi Cashman,

Not sure of the timing as to when Philips and ADO started the dance.

My research shows that the conversation was initially started as other partners of ours were looking to get us involved in the collaboration. While Philips were initially potentially interested to have us contribute down the track, they clearly had other priorities (i.e releasing to market). That all looks to have shifted recently as according to Aunty W Philips were looking to improve on stability and testing/results timeframe (sounds like very good synergy with ADO's patented technology MixNGo if you ask me), which could have us in a box seat.

I don't believe that the device will be released with our involvement.
