    But when his entities do decide to sell, you'd expect a bit of a bidding war. There's no way to ever replicate these assets, or alternatively it could probably be split up for way more than it's currently trading for.

    If they had foresight the QLD and NT Governments might take a look at buying it all back also (such as via their own Future Funds). Although that's a long shot.
