The part that you copied includes an important word: We give a “Speculative Buy” recommendation on the stock at the current price of $0.098. It doesn't say at all that it's an upgrade. If it is, they don't specify what it was before. How many working analysts does Prana have now? One, two, three or less? The website is no help at all. It's been a few years since actual names of analysts have been revealed in the press - kind of like PBT2.

As to the sometimes nonexistent daily share volume,you would do well to tell us more about this manipulator who "has been controlling that gap for quite a long time now". It seems odd that occasionally there will be an unusually high volume with a coincidental usually short-lived spike . Hmmm, that darn manipulator. Does this manipulator control many on the ASX...or is it only PBT? If it is only PBT who makes such a claim, why does Prana Biotech not put forth effort to stop what appears to be an illegal ploy, especially if it permits other Australian companies to thrive as it seems many of them are. There are bot traders on exchanges in other countries who are made to toe the legal line.

That's the reason that I don't place more than a little credibility in your gap theory when it occurs day after month after year, on and on....except for those well-known spikes and dumps.
